رئيس جامعة أسيوط يترأس لجنة اختيار عميد كلية التربية بجامعة

ترأس الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، رئيس جامعة أسيوط، اجتماع لجنة اختيار المرشحين لشغل منصب عميد كلية التربية، والذي عُقد لإجراء المقابلات الشخصية مع المتقدمين للمنصب، وذلك في إطار حرص الجامعة على تطبيق معايير النزاهة والشفافية في اختيار القيادات الجامعية.
وقد ضمت اللجنة نخبة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس من داخل الجامعة وخارجها، برئاسة الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي، وعضوية كل من: الدكتور محمد عبد العظيم طلب، وكيل كلية التجارة لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث الأسبق ومدير وحدة التخطيط الاستراتيجي بجامعة أسيوط، والدكتور حسن عبد اللطيف أبو العلا، الأستاذ المتفرغ بكلية الطب جامعة أسيوط، ونائب رئيس جامعة الوادي الجديد لشئون الدراسات العليا والبحوث السابق، والدكتورة آمال العرباوي من جامعة بورسعيد، والدكتور السيد شحاتة، وكيل كلية التربية لشئون التعليم والطلاب سابقًا بجامعة أسيوط.
وأكد الدكتور أحمد المنشاوي أن اللجنة عملت في إطار من الالتزام الكامل بالتقييم الموضوعي، وحرصت على دراسة السيرة الذاتية للمتقدمين ومناقشة خططهم المستقبلية لتطوير الكلية، إلى جانب تقييم رؤاهم لتطوير العملية التعليمية والبحثية وخدمة المجتمع. كما أكد على حرص الجامعة على اختيار قيادة تتمتع بالكفاءة والقدرة على التطوير بما يواكب متطلبات المرحلة المقبلة ويحقق التميز المؤسسي.
واستمعت اللجنة، عقب دراسة الملفات، إلى عروض ومقترحات كل مرشح حول خطته لتطوير الأداء الأكاديمي والإداري داخل الكلية، بما يشمل النواحي التعليمية والبحثية والمجتمعية.
وتضمنت القائمة النهائية للمرشحين لشغل منصب عميد كلية التربية كلا من: الدكتور مجدي خير الدين كامل خير الدين – الأستاذ بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، والدكتور حمدي محمد محمد البيطار – الأستاذ بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، والدكتور أحمد حسين عبد المعطي محمد – الأستاذ بقسم أصول التربية، والدكتور أشرف عبد المنعم محمد حسين – الأستاذ بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، والدكتور حسن محمد حويل خليفة – الأستاذ بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس وعميد الكلية الحالي، والدكتورة عبير سروه عبد الحميد محمود – الأستاذ بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، والدكتور علي كمال علي معبد – أستاذ ورئيس مجلس قسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، والدكتور أحمد زارع أحمد زارع – الأستاذ بقسم المناهج وطرق التدريس، والدكتور عمر محمد محمد مرسي – الأستاذ بقسم أصول التربية، والدكتور منتصر صلاح عمر سليمان – الأستاذ بقسم علم النفس التربوي.
Dr. El-Minshawy chairs the selection committee of the dean of the Faculty of Education at Assiut University
Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, president of Assiut University, chaired the meeting of the selection committee of candidates for the post of Dean of the Faculty of Education, which was held to conduct personal interviews with applicants for the position, within the framework of the University's keenness to apply integrity and transparency standards in the selection of university leaders.
The committee included an elite of faculty members from inside and outside the University, headed by Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy, and the membership of: Dr. Mohammed Abdul Azim Talab, former vice dean of the Faculty of Commerce for graduate studies and research and director of the Strategic Planning Unit at Assiut University, Dr. Hassan Abdul Latif Abu Al-Ola, full professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Assiut University, and vice president of the New Valley University for graduate studies and research, Dr. Amal Al-arabawi from Port Said University, and Dr. Sayyed Shehata, vice dean of the Faculty of education for education and Students Affairs, formerly at Assiut University whip.
Dr. Ahmed El-Minshawy stressed that the committee worked within the framework of full commitment to objective evaluation, and was keen to study the curriculum vitae of the applicants and discuss their plans for the development of the College, in addition to evaluating their visions for the development of the educational and research process and community service. He also stressed the University's keenness to choose a leader with competence and the ability to develop in line with the requirements of the next stage and achieve institutional excellence.
After studying the files, the committee listened to the presentations and proposals of each candidate on his plan to develop academic and administrative performance within the college, including educational, research, and community aspects.
The final list of candidates for the position of Dean of the Faculty of education included: Dr. Magdy Khairuddin Kamel Khairuddin – professor at the Department of curriculum and teaching methods, Dr. Hamdi Mohammed Mohammed Al – Bitar – professor at the Department of curriculum and teaching methods, Dr. Ahmed Hussein Abdul Muti Mohammed – professor at the Department of pedagogy, Dr. Ashraf Abdel Moneim Mohamed Hussein – professor at the Department of curriculum and teaching methods, Dr. Hassan Mohammed Hawail Khalifa – professor at the Department of curriculum and teaching methods and the current dean of the College, Dr. Abeer Saruh Abdul Hamid Mahmoud – professor at the Department of curricula and teaching methods, Dr. Ali Kamal Ali Temple – professor and chairman of the Council of the Department of Curricula and Teaching methods, Dr. Ahmed Zarie Ahmed Zarie – professor at the Department of curricula and teaching methods, Dr. Omar Mohamed Mohamed Morsi – professor at the Department of Pedagogy, Dr. Muntaser Salah Omar Suleiman-professor at the Department of Educational Psychology.
